complex\u0103 a persoanei adulte pentru \u00eencadrarea \u00een grad de handicap se realizeaz\u0103 la cerere de c\u0103tre apar\u021bin\u0103tor la recomandarea medicului de specialitate (neurolog, psihiatru) \u0219i este efectuat\u0103 de c\u0103tre psihologul clinician. Acest tip de evaluare \u00eei serve\u0219te adultului sau v\u00e2rstnicului pentru a completa dosarul cu actele medicale ce urmeaz\u0103 a fi depuse la Comisia de Handicap Adul\u021bi din ora\u0219ul \u00een care domiciliaz\u0103 acesta, pentru a fi \u00eencadrat \u00eentr-unul dintre urm\u0103toarele grade de handicap: u\u0219or, mediu, accentuat sau grav.<\/p><p><strong>Se adreseaz\u0103 persoanelor care sufer\u0103 de:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Deteriorare cognitiv\u0103 (Alzheimer, Demen\u021be, etc.),<\/li><li>Accidente vasculare cerebrale (AVC)<\/li><li>Anumite tulbur\u0103ri afective \u0219i\/sau de personalitate<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Acte necesare pentru evaluarea psihologic\u0103 pentru Comisia de Handicap:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Actul de identitate<\/li><li>Dosarul medical (dac\u0103 este cazul)<\/li><li>Recomand\u0103ri emise de medicii speciali\u0219ti (neurolog, psihiatru, etc.)<\/li><li>Evalu\u0103ri psihologice\/psihiatrice anterioare (acolo unde exist\u0103)<\/li><li>Certificate anterioare de \u00eencadrare \u00een grad de handicap (dac\u0103 exist\u0103)<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Desf\u0103\u0219urarea evalu\u0103rii psihologice pentru Comisia de Handicap<\/strong><\/p><p>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Evaluarea psihologic\u0103 se poate realiza fizic sau online, la cabinet sau la domiliciu, \u00een func\u021bie de fiecare caz \u00een parte.<\/p><p>Evaluarea complex\u0103 a adultului\/v\u00e2rstnicului se realizeaz\u0103 \u00een 120-150 min, \u00eens\u0103 uneori sunt necesare mai multe \u00eent\u00e2lniri pentru ca psihologul s\u0103 pun\u0103 un diagnostic corect.<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong>Procedura de evaluare:<\/strong><\/p><ul><li>Programarea se poate face complet\u00e2nd <strong><em>formularul de mai jos<\/em><\/strong> sau <strong><em>telefonic la nr. 0787 698 288<\/em><\/strong><\/li><li>La data \u0219i ora program\u0103rii se realizeaz\u0103 anamneza pacientului (o mic\u0103 discu\u021bie), se analizeaz\u0103 dosarul medical al acestuia care dureaz\u0103 aproximativ 60 min.<\/li><li>Testarea psihologic\u0103 prin aplicarea unor teste specifice, autorizate de c\u0103tre Colegiul Psihologilor din Rom\u00e2nia.
