profesiei de psiholog cu drept de libera practica se face de catre persoanele care au absolvit o institutie de invatamant superior de specialitate, cu diploma de licenta in psihologie sau asimilata, obtinuta intr-o institutie de invatamant superior acreditata, din Romania sau din strainatate, recunoscuta sau echivalata, dupa caz, potrivit legii. class=\"elementor-icon-list-text\">istoricul copilului, avand in vedere situatiile de abuz, neglijare, exploatare, violenta si situatiile de risc ce pot
