Consilierea faciliteaz\u0103, prin demersurile pe care le presupune, ca persoana s\u0103 fac\u0103 fa\u021b\u0103 mai eficient stresorilor \u0219i sarcinilor vie\u021bii cotidiene \u0219i astfel s\u0103 \u00eembun\u0103t\u0103\u021beasc\u0103 calitatea vie\u021bii, faciliteaz\u0103 \u0219i catalizeaz\u0103 atingerea unui nivel optim de func\u021bionare \u00een lume, se preocup\u0103 pentru preven\u021bia problemelor ce pot \u00eempieta dezvoltarea \u0219i func\u021bionarea armonioas\u0103 a persoanei.<\/p><p>Procesul de consiliere pune accentul pe dimensiunea de preven\u021bie a tulbur\u0103rilor emo\u021bionale \u0219i comportamentale, pe cea a dezvolt\u0103rii personale \u0219i a rezolv\u0103rii de probleme.<\/p><p><strong><em>Obiectivele procesului de consiliere<\/em><\/strong> sunt:<\/p><ul><li>promovarea s\u0103n\u0103t\u0103\u021bii \u0219i a st\u0103rii de bine (func\u021bionare optim\u0103 din punct de vedere somatic, fiziologic, mental, emo\u021bional, social \u0219i spiritual).<\/li><li>dezvoltare personal\u0103 (cunoa\u0219tere de sine, imagine de sine, capacitatea de decizie responsabil\u0103, rela\u021bionare interpersonal\u0103 armonioas\u0103, controlul stresului, tehnici de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare eficiente, atitudini creative, op\u021biuni voca\u021bionale realiste).<\/li><li>preven\u021bie (a dispozi\u021biei afective negative, a ne\u00eencrederii \u00een sine, a comportamentelor de risc, a conflictelor interpersonale, a dificult\u0103\u021bilor de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare, a dezadapt\u0103rii sociale, a disfunc\u021biilor psihosomatice, a situa\u021biilor de criz\u0103).<\/li><\/ul><p>\u00cen cadrul Cabinetul Logokids pute\u021bi beneficia de urm\u0103toarele tipuri de consiliere:<\/p><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><strong><em>Consilierea parental\u0103<\/em><\/strong><\/p><p>De cele mai multe ori ne-am dorit s\u0103 avem o rela\u021bie armonioas\u0103 \u0219i frumoas\u0103 cu copilul nostru, \u00eens\u0103 \u00een majoritatea cazurilor exist\u0103 conflicte \u00eentre genera\u021bii, conflicte care duc la frustr\u0103ri minime sau \u00een timp distrug\u0103toare din punct de vedere al personalit\u0103\u021bii copiilor.
